Note for older computers/OS: To run this software your
computer must have the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed. The
Framework is already installed on all newer computers (3 to 4 years old
or newer), or if it has been installed with some other software. If your
computer does not have the Framework installed, ISOXpress installer will
install it for you automatically.
Quick Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need administrator rights on my
computer to install the trial software?
A: No you don't. You can
install the trial as a regular user (unless you also need to install the
Microsoft .NET Framework).
Q: Can I get a trial version that
runs over 30 days?
A: If you need more time please
email or call us
and we will extend your trial period.
Q: What is the
difference between the trial version and the full version?
A: The
trial software is fully functional, but it installs only on a single
computer. There are also some limitations to how many documents and
records you can create.
Q: Are all documents in the trial
version also included in the full software?
A: Yes, ISO 13485
manual, procedures and forms; and the internal audit checklist are
included in the 'Complete
Package'.
Q: What is the best way to quickly find out how the software
works?
A: When you open the ISOXpress Trial software it will
start with the Tutorial window opened. Don't close it right away. Take
your time to take the Quick Tour and watch other tutorial shows.
Q: Will I be able to continue with this software and database when I
purchase the full version?
A: No, this is strictly a trial
software. The full version software will install in a different location
and create a new database. So, please don’t create any documents or
records that you want to keep
Q: Will the performance (speed) of the
network version be the same as the single computer installed trial
version?
A: If the network is not congested it will be almost
just as fast. On an average network you will not be able to notice any
difference.
