Certificate in International Operations Management
While you are on the tour you will earn this certificate as a participating attendee. The combination of reading preparation, of debriefing after each visit and the application of the concepts in an area of your choice provides theoretical, examples and practice in real time fashion.  Enna's Certificate in International Operations Management recognizes professionals who want to improve their knowledge and experience to oversee all aspects process improvement, including initiation, productivity, capacity planning, variability, quality, procurement and organizational structural issues. The certificate will also focus on managing in a global market with diverse employees, customers, and supplier base.
 
Requirements
The Certificate in International Operations Management consists of four core topics that together address international operations management. To earn a Certificate in International Operations Management, you must successfully complete the four core topics during your study mission to Japan. One of the topics must be completed before the commencement of the tour in Japan.
 
Course Aptitude
If you have little or no background in operations management, Enna encourages you to prepare for the certificate by reviewing the majority of the course content prior to the tour. A limited number of books will be suggested to supplement the articles. The curriculum is designed to be flexible.
 
Preparing for the Project
Enna's mode of teaching allows you to summarize your knowledge of international operations management by presenting your findings and analysis to the group on the final day of the tour/course. This enables the group to learn from each others’ analysis to incorporate into their own operations and management style.

Through a partnership with KIU, Enna's courses lead to master's certification in a number of programs, including project management, six-sigma black belt, and contracting and professional certification in business and business skills. The certificates are professional credentials that represent the attainment of advanced knowledge and skills. These certificates do carry academic credit!
