Management consists of four core topics that
together address international operations
management. To earn a Certificate in
International Operations Management, you must
successfully complete the four core topics
during your study mission to Japan. One of the
topics must be completed before the commencement
of the tour in Japan.

If you have little or no background in
operations management, Enna encourages you to
prepare for the certificate by reviewing the
majority of the course content prior to the
tour. A limited number of books will be
suggested to supplement the articles. The
curriculum is designed to be flexible.

Preparing for the Project |
|
Enna's mode of teaching allows you to summarize
your knowledge of international operations
management by presenting your findings and
analysis to the group on the final day of the
tour/course. This enables the group to learn
from each others’ analysis to incorporate into
their own operations and management style.
