Each tool module is a self-contained workshop for a specific tool. The Instructor and participant through the process of using and applying the tool step by step.

Participants learn the tool using the Participant Guide as a workbook during the workshop.

The instructor Guide for each tool is directly cross-referenced to The Memory Jogger II It is also directly cross-referenced by page number to the matching Participant Guide.

The Instructor Guide for each tool module provides:  Icebreakers and practice activities to reinforce participant learning in the tool at various steps. 

Suggested lines of Script that helps the instructor cue the participants on key points of a step or activity.
