JIT, Just in Time, is often the most complicated goal of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing but is often not communicated in the most effective manner. Just In Time is a result of three main principles and Enna has provided a tool that communicates these concepts in an uncomplicated manner to clearly explain in just a few words the elements of JIT.
This poster should be placed in key areas of your company to clearly demonstrate what organizations are trying to do with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. Takt, Flow, and Pull are what Just In Time (JIT) is all about. The poster has been derived from Taiichi Ohno and his work at Toyota Motor Corporation, translations based on the work of Norman Bodek, and Productivity Press’ work in the 1980s.
The poster is available with a UV Film Coating to protect against dust and grime, fading due to light exposure, and oil from finger marks or machines. Enna encourage customers to protect their posters with this product. As well, to display the poster without damage, Enna offers a set of poster hangers and rails for each poster.
